- BARDOT Brasserie (ARIA, French, 💰💰💰) – Super cute restaurant with french-inspired nutrient and steaks. We went for brunch and really enjoyed everything.
- Sterling Brunch (Bally's, Buffets, 💰💰💰💰) – The grandest weekend brunch in all the state! $85 gets you all you lot can drink Perrier Jouet Champagne, lobster, caviar, rex crab, and more. Temporarily closed.
- Hakkasan (MGM K, Cantonese, 💰💰💰💰) – Ane of the fanciest spots for Chinese on the Strip, and their "Roasted Chilean seabass with Chinese beloved" is fantastic.
- Wicked Spoon (Cosmopolitan, Buffet, 💰💰💰) – Some other quintessential Vegas Dining experience that rivals bacchanalia for best buffet on the Strip.
Spring Valley

- Pizza Rock (Downtown, Pizza, 💰💰) – This is 1 of the best Vegas lunch spots. Tony Gemignani is a 12-time world pizza champion, and his Napoletana-style Margherita pizza actually won the World Pizza Loving cup in Naples, Italy. They only make 73 of them a mean solar day, so get there early.
- Carson Kitchen (Downtown, New American, 💰💰) – Carson Kitchen is one of the best local restaurants in Las Vegas. The crispy chicken skins served with smoked honey is the only way to start a meal here.
- Market Street Café (Downtown, California Hotel & Casino, American, 💰) – This café brings in the masses with their famous oxtail soup, bachelor only from 11pm-9am (not a typo).
- The Goodwich (Downtown, Sandwiches, 💰💰) – Out of this earth sandwiches! Get the sus scrofa o' the week.

- Sweets Raku (Chinatown, Desserts, 💰💰) – This open kitchen, made to order Japanese dessert form spot is culinary artistry.
- Hobak (Chinatown, Korean, 💰💰) – This successful Korean BBQ chain recently opened up their first one outside of their homeland in Las Vegas and is already the best in town. The "Hobak Aged Short Ribs" makes a disarming argument.
- Ramen Sora (Chinatown, Ramen, 💰) – Going with Miso, Shoyu or Shio goop is your call, but their palatial ramen with extra chashu is the only call. I of the best spots on Jump Mount.
- People's republic of china Mama (Chinatown, Chinese, 💰💰) – Endeavour the Crispy Beef, Dry Pepper Chicken, and Beef Rolls. So good!

- Oyster Bar @ Palace Station (Westside, Seafood, 💰💰) – Typically makes the list on all travel guides and definitely a must eat in Vegas. The philharmonic pan roast is a flossy tomato stew with shrimp, lobster and crab, and the reason why the average wait for a seat is over an hour.
